The winner was not chosen by this website. It was chosen by a number nobody could know in advance and nobody can change afterwards: the hash of the first Robinhood Chain block at or after the draw’s midnight (AEST). The pot is the fee recipient’s balance in the launchpad’s fee escrow at that same block, rebuilt from the escrow’s own Credited and Claimed events.

How it works
Five rules. None of them need you to do anything.

Holding is entering
Every 100,000 $PATIENCE in your wallet is one ticket. 250,000 is two tickets — the remainder waits. There is nothing to stake, nothing to claim, nothing to sign. If you hold, you are in.

The field is read off the chain
At draw time every $PATIENCE transfer ever made is replayed to work out who held what, down to the exact block. Not a database, not a sign-up list — the chain itself. The pool, the burn address and 0x0 are left out; they are plumbing, not holders.

The chain picks, not us
Tickets are numbered 1 to N in address order. The winning number is the hash of the first block at or after midnight AEST, divided by the number of tickets and the remainder taken. Nobody knows that hash before the second arrives, and nobody can edit it after.

One ticket wins the day
5% of the creator fees claimable at that moment — read off the fee escrow at the very same block — goes to whoever holds the winning ticket. More tickets means more of the field is yours, and more chances — but a single ticket beats a thousand just as often as the numbers say it should.

Anyone can re-run it
Every settled draw publishes its seed block, that block’s hash and the size of the field. Those three numbers plus a public RPC endpoint are enough for a stranger to recompute the winner and get the same answer. That is the point.
The draw is fixed to the scheduled minute, not to when the site happens to run it — so a result computed a week later is identical to one computed on the second. The fees are claimed at midnight AEST and the winner’s 5% is sent by the team; the payout transaction is posted against each draw below.
